A chassis cab is received from the customer. A body is then fabricated to the highest standards and is mounted to a 4x4 or 4x2 vehicle. This box body is constructed using a steel framework and insulated with polystyrene. The exterior is then clad with chromadek/fibreglass/textradek.

Wherever there is a wall mounting, a steel backing plate is used in the internal frame to ensure rigidity.
The chassis is designed according to OEM detail.
The weight of the body allows for maximum tare.
The internal dimensions ensure maximum workspace for the paramedic.
The internal configuration can be designed to accommodate a bunk bed and stretcher or 2 stretchers.
Fold-up seats and lutons for storage of medical equipment are standard.
Communication with the driver’s compartment is easily enabled.
Placement of oxygen bottles and SABS oxygen outlets with flexi-tubing are placed according to customer requirements
Internal recessed flourescent lighting and related lighting requirements are fitted according to customer requirements.
